All the comments are listed down on this section of the app:

From this list you can:

  • Search any term in the entire feedback chat windows, and get the result in the list. By clicking of which you will be scrolled to the respective chat window
  • You can filter and see only the comments of a specific page when you are on the live website canvas
  • You can filter based on the feedback status:
    • Active: It is a feedback button that is actively under review
    • Resolved: It is a resolved feedback and is displayed in green color
    • Unread: It is a list of all those chat windows where you have at least one unread message and it is displayed in yellow color.
